Venezuelan President urges Iran’s help to launch technology parks in Caracas

Tehran, Karafarinane Eghtesad – Venezuela’s President Nicolas Maduro said that his country was eager for Iran’s help to develop technology parks in Caracas.

Maduro who is in Iran heading a high-profile delegation paid a visit on Monday to Pardis Technology Park, accompanied by Iran's Vice President for Science and Technology Sorena Sattari and the park’s head Mehdi Safarinia.

Maduro said after the visit that he was inspired by the park and interested in receiving Iran’s help to develop similar technology parks in Venezuela.

The businesses in the Iranian technology park explored the grounds for cooperation with the Venezuelan officials.
